There is a part of the Veteran community I don't recognise - as an e.g. my office deal with at least one serious threat to my safety a week. I have no traction with it at all - it does not advance a debate or cause: it embarrasses me. And doesn't reflect the 99% majority reality.

@SellarPeter @declanmclean @dhothersall @finlayson_vera @GeorgePeretzQC Needless to say I don't share your scepticism about Federalism. A separate state is structurally unworkable due to the fiscal and currency implications of transition. Federation becomes a much more optimal balance in that context. England is crying out for major decentralisation.
